Hamilton Kibbe 66a0d09e72 Add support for mirrored rendering 
- The default theme now renders the bottom layers mirrored.
  - see https://github.com/curtacircuitos/pcb-tools/blob/master/examples/pcb_bottom.png
    for an example.
